How to: Preview slides in black and white.
Solution:
Change to black and white view, or remain in color view while displaying a black and white slide miniature view.
Do one of the following to preview slides in black and white view:
NOTE: Both of the below methods assume slides start out in color view.
1) Change to black and white view:
a) Select 'Black and White' from the 'View' menu. (The slide switches from color to black and white, and a slide miniature window appears, displaying the slide in color.)
b) To change back to color, again select 'Black and White' from the 'View' menu. (The slide switches from black and white to color, and the slide miniature window disappears.)
NOTE 1: Every slide in the presentation becomes black and white when 'Black and White' is selected from the 'View' menu.
NOTE 2: The slides also appear black and white in 'Slide Sorter' view.
2) Remain in color view while displaying black and white view in the slide miniature window:
a) Select 'Slide Miniature' from the 'View' menu. (The slide miniature window appears, displaying the slide in black and white.)
NOTE: To change the Slide Miniature display back and forth from black and white to color, click anywhere in the Slide Miniature window.
b) To close the Slide Miniature window, single-click the close button .
